Sound
The song "Smile" will continue from the previous scene.
Lighting
The lighting will remain low-key as the scene is continuing on from the previous ones.
A shadow will be created by re-positioning the light source behind Mia in order to convey the idea that the psychiatrist will block out the characters 'light' or hope.
Angles and Positioning
The character remains in the same position as the previous two scenes as he remains unconscious.
The camera angle will continue spinning at first but will stop when the shadow approaches him. This is in order to prevent the audiences attention from being distracted from the shadow.
Costume, Hair and Make Up
The main character remains still in everyday clothing.
The unknown figure is only seen as shadow so her appearance is not seen.
