Final Cast List

Mason Marrable as the main character who is known as "Sid".
We has cast him because he was very enthusiastic and keen to work with us. He is also able to commit to our filming days and we know him personally which means we can trust him to not let us down in comparison to the other candidates who may let us down again, as Jack Ross did.
Mason will be playing the main character and antagonist which means he needs to come across as friendly and genuine. Keeping the theory work of uses and gratifications in mind, we needed to cast someone who the audience would be able to connect to successfully. We think Mason was perfect for this because he is confident and has an easy going attitude which shines through in his acting.

Me (Cailin) as 'The Bad' who is one of the main character's physical interpretations of his consciousness.
We decided to cast me because I stayed in character throughout my audition and am able to commit to filming sessions as I am part of the group which means I will always be there.
'The Good' and 'The Bad' need to look similar. Claudia and I were the most similar looking pair auditioning for these roles.

Claudia Messenger as 'The Good'  who is one of the main character's physical interpretations of his consciousness.
We decided to cast Claudia because she stayed in character throughout her audition and is able to commit to filming sessions as she is part of the group which means she will always be there.
'The Good' and 'The Bad' need to look similar. Claudia and I were the most similar looking pair auditioning for these roles.

Yoli Wallbanks as the dog walker (extra)
We are casting Yoli because she was professional and focused. We don't want to spend too long filming this scene because it is not a particularly key shot.  Therefore we need someone who will work quickly and efficiently.
This character will convey normality at the start to create equilibrium. For this reason we didn't want anyone too dramatic for this part.
