Pitch Development

Our sequence will begin with a dog walker strolling her chiwawa through the woods to convey to the audience that the narrative takes place in a typical place rather than an isolated area. This creates fear as they realise it could have been anyone to be affected.
The shot will then pan through close ups of parts of the woods such as tree stumps and brambles. Before zooming out to see a man running away from a woman. When he looks behind in a panic, he trips and knocks himself out. The camera then fades whilst the woman approaches him now at a slower pace with a satisfied look on her face.
We then cut to a psychiatrists office where the woman plays psychiatrist and asks how he is feeling, she continuously calls him by the name "Sid" which he responds very negatively to. She says, "I'm here to help" which then causes the man to remember that morning.
He will then have a flash back to the morning where he will wake up in a white bed very confused and hearing voices. He will walk up to a mirror to look at himself and see two physical images of his consciousness behind him in the mirror. As he turns around the camera will follow his vision to see no one standing there.
His flashback will end and the woman will continue to probe the man, or "Sid" as she calls him, on questions about how he feels whilst his conscious' torment him with constant instructions. The man will then become increasingly worked up and the scene will end with him having a break down and the woman smiling to herself over his shoulder.
