Match On Action refers to an editing technique where during an action shot it cuts to another view of the same action.

Shot reverse Shot refers to a film technique where there is a shot from one characters point of view looking at another, followed by a shot from the second characters point of view looking at the first.

180 degrees angle refers to the guideline rule that two characters within a scene should always share the same left/right relationship to each other.

Our initial idea We are planning on our storyline being about a woman who is in a mental institute. She is in a counselling session with a doctor. The doctor is trying to reach through to her, however the woman remains unresponsive until the very end when she breaks down before the scene cuts off.
